So, pork is nowhere near as popular as chicken or beef. It’s on the sidelines, waiting for someone to pick it. Sure there are meats behind it, but given its qualities and diversity its hard to see how the glorious pork chop trails so far behind steak and chicken breast in the popularity contest.
This may not be the case with everyone, but few would argue that the pork chop gets the praise it deserves. I don’t buy pork that often. Which is why when I do, I make sure that whatever I do is going to take my taste buds for a ride!
