Growing up, I always loved to cook, watching the Food Network or anything related to food, I would find ways to cook or bake anything that came to mind. Entering college, I had culinary school in the back of my head the entire time.
I graduated from UCSB with a Bachelors in Sociology, then entered the recession. So I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA.
One of the best decisions of my life.
Focusing mainly on recipe developing, I worked for a large recipe driven website based in Los Angeles as a Research and Development Chef. From working there, I became a part of a major project of publishing a cookbook and forever cherished that experience.
Currently, I work at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood and am refining my fine dining techniques and also run a small catering and events company called 17 Catering & Events.
