I have to say that I am a true believer in not wasting food. You spend so much money on groceries and the last thing you want to do is throw away food that has gone bad because you just never got around to it. I recently held a Birthday Dinner for my Hubby and our Best Man’s wife, since they are both born on the same day 🙂 I wanted to make something fun and easy to put together so whats more easier than tacos!
