As you are presenting this salad to your guests, give them a brief introduction explaining how tomatoes and watermelons are at their best time right now because it is their season. Talk about the ingredients that you put in the salad to layer its flavors and bring out the sweetness of the delicious tomatoes and watermelon. Tell them that the mint adds a refreshing touch while the balsamic glaze and goat cheese balance out the dish with their tartness. Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Salad

1 Small Seedless Watermelon, peeled & cut into cubes
2 Heirloom Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/3 Cup Red Onion, sliced
1 Tbsp Fresh Mint, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Balsamic Glaze
Goat Cheese, crumbled
Mint Leaves for garnish

1. Place the watermelon cubes, tomatoes, red onions and mint  in a bowl and gently toss together.
2. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze on top.
3. Top with some crumbed goat cheese and mint leaves for garnish.
4. Serve.
