So your regular Salsa Verde usually has tomatillos in them, which gives it the “verde” along with the jalapeños. But it also cools down the heat. So I decided to leave the tomatillos out of the equation and just make it all about the jalapeños. I recently held a Birthday Dinner for my Hubby and our Best Man’s wife, since they are both born on the same day 🙂 I wanted to make something fun and easy to put together so whats more easier than tacos!
